Koncoctions began with a simple idea: create a fruit beverage that feels intentional, not mass-produced.

Inspired by the comforting toddies my parents made when I was young, I reimagined them as bold, handcrafted blends built around real fruit, raw honey, bright citrus, and carefully selected spices. What started as a personal tradition grew into a small-batch process focused on balance, flavor, and character in every bottle.

Each Toddy is produced in limited runs so we can stay close to the craft. Served cold, they’re bright and refreshing. Gently warmed, they take on a deeper, more traditional feel. Either way, the experience stays rooted in layered flavor and thoughtful preparation.

There are no shortcuts in how we make Koncoctions. Every blend is developed with care, from ingredient selection to final pour, creating a fruit beverage meant to be enjoyed, not rushed.
